Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, or using PeriPlan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PeriPlan. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PeriPlan is a perimenopause health and fitness tracking application. The App provides tools for daily health check-ins, personalised workout guidance adapted to how you feel each day, protein and calorie tracking, step counting, and educational content related to perimenopause wellness. The App is designed to support your personal health journey and is not a medical service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use PeriPlan. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

PeriPlan is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App without prior written permission • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or services • Create multiple accounts or share your account credentials with others • Use the App to collect personal information about other users

PeriPlan is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information, content, workouts, and tracking features provided through the App are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, changing your diet, or acting on information from the App.

PeriPlan offers both a free tier and a premium subscription. The free tier provides access to basic daily check-ins and limited workout content. The premium subscription unlocks the full range of features including personalised workout programs, advanced analytics, and expanded content. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are managed through your device marketplace account settings. Refunds are subject to the billing policies of the applicable marketplace.

All content, features, and functionality of PeriPlan, including workout programs, exercise descriptions, educational articles, user interface designs, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PeriPlan or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeriPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or health outcomes arising from your use of the App. PeriPlan does not guarantee any specific health results from using the App. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting support@periplan.app. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PeriPlan after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
