Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Open the app and tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Can I use PeriPlan on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your data will sync automatically. PeriPlan is currently available on iOS, with Android coming soon.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select PeriPlan to manage or cancel.

Is my health data private?

Absolutely. Your personal health data is never sold to third parties. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

The app isn't tracking my steps. What should I do?

Make sure you've granted PeriPlan permission to access Health data. Go to your iPhone Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Health, and check that PeriPlan has read access to Steps.
